Log in to your member account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Distribution Center
Send your package via a traceable carrier to our official headquarters distribution center; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or club account within 7 to 10 business days.
